By accessing or using Amplified Smiles ("the Service"), operated by Amplified Dental, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Amplified Smiles is an AI-powered visualization and educational tool only. All smile simulations, transformations, and results generated by the Service are computer-generated images for motivational and illustrative purposes. They do NOT constitute a dental diagnosis, clinical assessment, treatment recommendation, or guarantee of any clinical outcome. Results will vary significantly based on individual dental anatomy, health status, and professional treatment. Always consult a licensed dental professional before pursuing any dental treatment.
Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription at $97/month. By subscribing, you authorize Amplified Dental to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If your payment fails, your access to the Service will be suspended until payment is successfully processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Amplified Dental does not store your payment card information.
By uploading a photo to the Service, you grant Amplified Dental a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating your smile simulation. You represent that you own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
You must not upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent. You must not upload photos that are obscene, illegal, or violate any third party's rights.
The Service, including its AI models, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Amplified Dental. The AI-generated smile simulation images created from your photos are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplified Dental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
